Essay

The dissertation investigates the theoretical and applied aspects of public administration of traffic safety. On the basis of achievements of domestic law, international experience, analysis of legislation, legislative and practice produced new conceptual approach to road safety, based on further development of the theory of public administration as the main direction of the reform of administrative law. The modern transformation of administrative law in the public sector European content allowed to offer original approaches to a new stage of administrative and legal research in domestic law.
