The basic category vehicle of methodology of research of organizational-economic principles of forming of economic potential of enterprises of food subcomplex is in-process formulated. The theoretical-conceptual going is first grounded near essence, estimation and management economic potential of enterprises of food subcomplex. Developed and grounded model of balance between industries of production and distributing of food products the enterprises of food subcomplex, and also prognosis of market of food development after three basic possible variants.
