Barash E. Administrative-legal Basis of Administration of State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal framework for the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. Defined methodological principles administration of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, including its nature, characteristics, functions and systems, and also features information system; functional and organizational structure of the State Penitentiary Service, that is its purpose, objectives, functions and organizational structures. We characterize the legal status Backgrounder, forms and methods of management, human resources management in the service and ways to improve the management of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine.
