Essay

A programme of integrated management of children with overweight and obesity was proved in the thesis. A complex of differentiated medicated products for children with overweight and obesity with the use of psychocorrective, motivational, physical and dietary methods was developed and introduced. Overweight and obesity spread and morbidity among children and teenagers in the Odessa region during last 10 years were analyzed, informative medical-social risk and advance factors of this pathology were determined and systematized. The diagnostic value of impedansometry, as a sensitive method of measuring the fat and lean body weight, was proved. The received results of the follow-up study for 3 years prove expediency of practical use of the suggested differentiated medicated complexes
