Petrenko O. The reform of rail transport under institutional transformation of the economy of Ukraine

Object of the study is system of economic relations in the process of organizational and economic reforms in the railway transport of Ukraine at the present stage of development of its economy. Objective of study is the development of theoretical propositions to scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for reform of railway transport of Ukraine to improve its performance through the development of market relations. Methods of research are comparative analysis and synthesis, systematic, econometric, analytical and calculating, mathematical methods of economic dynamics. Theoretical and practical results: the motivated positions, defining premises of reforming rail-freight traffic of the Ukraine; practical recommendations on realization of the concepts of the reform. Novelty: to improve conceptual framework and rationale scientific guidelines that define the path of reforming the railway transport of Ukraine, organizational and economic mechanisms for their implementation. Degree of the introduction by: Governing the external relationships "Ukrzaliznici", state enterprise "Doneckaya railway", State administration of the rail-freight traffic of the Ukraine "Ukrzaliznicya", Commission on transport politician and strategies of the development to Organizations commonwealth railways. Sphere of use is enterprises of the rail-freight traffic.
