In dissertation, theoretical and methodological principles of professional development of preschool educational establishments' specialists in the field of educational and recreational activities are investigated. A unique authorial concept of the abovementioned development. The model and methodology of professional development of preschool educational establishments' specialists in the field of educational and recreational activities are theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested; the structure of professional development is defined; the criteria, indicators and levels of formation are identified; the efficiency of educational modules is investigated. Directions of further research of professional development of preschool educational establishments' specialists in the field of educational and recreational activities are predicted and theoretically substantiated.
