Dissertation is devoted to solve a scientific problem, consisting in the increase of the productivity of technologies of informative exchange in the conditions of limitations of frequency-power resource of channels. Information technologies intended for the development of elements of perspective communication protocols are offered for the decision of this problem. Technologies foresee computer realization of complex of the special mathematical methods for constructing, optimization and treatment of difficult physical signals, application of the pseudo casual encoding and decoding with subzero calculable complication, and also new type of cloning interval filtration for the different models of noises in the real communication channels.
