Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solution of important scientific and applied problems of development of the scientific and methodological foundations of a new information technology organization of parallel computing processes and information exchange processes in the adaptive distributed networks with the aim to create high-performance computing networks. The models of static and time-parameterized fragmentation, making it possible to form an optimal version of the tasks decomposition are developed in the dissertation. The data exchange based on the multiroute transmission is proposed. The messages exchange model is substantiated to implement it; the methods for estimating the probability-time characteristics of the channel characteristics are developed; the proposals for partitioning messages into fragments are developed; the models for fragments recovery at the multiroute transmission are offered; the messages assembly models are developed.
