Sopilnyk L. The Theory and Practice of Administrative and Legal Regulation of the Traffic Safety in Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the theoretical, legislative and practical problems of traffic safety organization in Ukraine. The domestic theoretical paradigm of the traffic safety definition has been analyzed. Besides the existing in the contemporary legal science approaches to the investigation of the traffic safety essence have been critically analyzed. Special attention has been paid to the conversational character of the following legal categories: "administrative responsibility", "administrative sanction", "administrative punishment" as well as the necessity of a stricter distinction which allowed to qualify the administrative responsibility in the sphere of traffic as a responsibility of traffic participants, officials.
