The object is an of communication and civil-activist environment of the modern system of political democracy. The aim is to establish the theoretical-conception maintenance of concept and phenomenon of Public sphere of politics, and also its structure in the conditions of modern democratic society. The methods are the systems and normatively-valued approaches; structural-functional method, institutional analysis. Evaluated the potential of modern communicative philosophy for the development of the research of public sphere of politics. The content and meaning of the contemporary concept of public sphere as a phenomenon, is determined by the functioning of the political process and its particular stages is determined. Determined the structural basis of the public sphere of politics. Specificity of political publicity, public space of politics, public policy as a set of targeted actions of power governing is revealed. Perspective directions of theoretical interpretation of the specificity of a modern democratic society, which determine the evolution of public sphere of politics and its differences from the general cultural public sphere. The relations of the concept of "public sphere of politics" and the concepts of "political discourse" and "political communication" are analyzed. Proposed the parameters of conception of the model of raional modernization of the public sphere of politics. The conditions of optimization of the public sphere of politics in transfomation societies considered. Identified trends in the functioning of the public sphere of contemporary Ukraine in terms of development priorities of a global civil society.
