The thesis is devoted to solving scientific problems: a new direction in the treatment of patients with diseases of the oral mucosa against hepatobiliary pathology by grounding dysbiotic concepts of the pathogenesis of oral mucosa diseases and use in treatment of patients antidysbiotic hepatoprotectors. The thesis is devoted to solving scientific problems: new directions in the treatment of patients with diseases of the oral mucosa against hepatobiliary diseases by study dysbiotic concept pathogenesis RBCU and use in treatment of patients antidysbiotic (prebiotic) hepatic. It is shown that the experimental dysbiosis and hepatitis observed violation of LP-AOS, increased LP in oral mucosa and in the liver. For the first time on the basis of biochemical studies show pathogenic role of intestinal endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide) in the development of structural and metabolic abnormalities in oral. Demonstrated that bile acid is not the cause of pathological processes in oral in hepatobiliary disease. For the first time in animal model of dysbiosis and hepatitis established hepatoprotective and mucosa protective prebiotic properties by reducing the effects of dysbiosis, increased activity of antioxidant enzymes and reduce lipid peroxidation. First settled in the experiment of bioflavonoids as prebiotics in diseases oral mucosa against hepatobiliary disease. First proposed a new hepatic antioxidant "Xenon katomas" ("Katoxen") and show its high efficiency. Developed and pathogenetically substantiated application of films and gels containing lysozyme and prebiotics to prevent destruction of the oral mucosa in experimental stomatitis and dysbiosis. First established in clinical development of dysbiosis in the oral cavity in patients suffering from cholecystitis and liver cirrhosis. The high efficiency of the inclusion of prebiotic hepato-protectors to prevent lesions of the oral mucosa in patients with disorders of the hepatobiliary system. Proposed new hepatoprotectors with prebiotichnimy and mucositis-tread properties: "Biokorn" (from wheat grain milk stage), "Ekstravin" (from grape pomace), "Kvertulin" (composition of inulin and quercetin).
