Object of study: aggregate economic phenomena, processes and relations in the agricultural sector under market transformation. Objective: To develop a qualitatively new theoretical and methodological platform and justification of conceptual approaches to identify priority areas of financial resources, the integration of agricultural units, transformation of the economic basis of the agrarian sphere. Methods: monographic, logical, historical, economic, statistical, abstract logic, analysis, synthesis, functional and structural analysis, comparative analysis, correlation analysis, phenomenological approach, program. Scientific novelty: the first presents the methodological basis for the formation of a qualitatively new theoretical and methodological platform providing financial resources integration agrarian formations; methodological principles to minimize risk exposure by providing financial resources integration agrarian formations; conceptual approaches to improve the management of financial flows integration of agrarian formations; contain reasons of measures to modernize the diagnosis of financial resources in the integration of agrarian formations and proposed methodological approaches to the prediction of financial resources in the integration of agrarian formations.
