Investigated the concept of "business income", offered its specification, classification and principles of business income, the concept of "indirect profits", developed modern approach to revenue management businesses, inventors methods for assessing direct and indirect income, methods for determining the impact of corporate social responsibility, advertising, internet technology, organizational culture and outsourcing оn the revenue, information system decision-making of revenue management.
