Melnykova M. Methodological basis for the development of industrial and economic complexes in the economy of Ukraine

Object of the study is production-economic complexes and processes of their development in Ukraine. Objective of study is shaping to methodologies, development to concepts and motivation scientifically-methodical positions on development production-economic complex that creates premises of the economic growing and wholeness managerial system by national economy. Methods of research are in abstract-logical, system, processing and situational approaches, economy-statistical analysis, balance, economic and mathematical modeling, design analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific positions, defining conceptual bases of the development production-economic complex in system of the national economy; recommendations on use organizing advantage and economic possibilities production-economic complex. Novelty: methodological motivation, development to concepts and shaping scientifically-methodical positions on development production-economic complex in system of the national economy of the Ukraine. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry industrial politicians Ukraine, Sovereign Pleased Ukraine, Ministry of the economy and on questions of the European integration of the Ukraine, Government agency of the Ukraine on investment and innovation, Main management housing-public facilities Donetsk regional state administration, Consortium "Ukrenergoprom", Institute of the investment designing. Sphere of use is state and regional body of management.
