Essay

The object is the processes of interaction of charged particles and microwave electromagnetic fields in solid inhomogeneous conducting media. The purpose is to develop new conceptions of fundamental physical processes that take place during interactions of charged particle fluxes with a solid conducting media. The methods of the research are both the analytical and the numerical methods of solutions of the Maxwell and constitutive equations. The theory of the transition radiation of nonharmonic pulses by an electron bunch has been developed for the first time. The oblique surface Josephson plasma waves have been discovered. The field of application is radiophysics.
