Essay

The thesis proposed a new approach to solving the complex problem of teacher training in graduate teacher education for the creation of educational technology. Methodical conditions for preparation of teachers to design activities consistently reflects the psychological, didactic and organizational conditions, carried out a meaningful analysis of the terminology of the field research and on this basis identified specific design of educational technology. The conceptual framework and a model of teacher training to the design of educational technology, which reveals the essence of the phenomenon of design and preparation for this activity, shows its optimal structural and functional components, as well as the most typical communication between components. Justifies the ways of practical implementation of theoretical principles of teacher training to the construction of learning technologies in the system of postgraduate teacher education as an example the development and implementation of special courses of copyright. Embedded in the educational process of postgraduate institutes of teacher education the author’s educational courses «Research and development in the modern general education school», «Designing Learning Technologies», «Modern School Curriculum: foundations of an innovative learning».
