Kostrytsya N. The system of cultural training of future specialists of agrarian sector.

The concept of the system of cultural training of future professionals of agricultural sector is proposed in the thesis, it reflects the social needs in rethinking its training content based on ethnic and cultural heritage in the context of nowadays challenges for natural sciences. The system of cultural training of future agrarian professionals is substantiated on the basis of ethnic culture with the following methodological approaches such as cultural, ecological, axiological, akmeological personality-centered, reflective, integrative, synergistic, competence, systematical. In the context of these approaches, common methodological and special principles of content selection of cultural training in higher agricultural education were justified. A major factor in the transformation of content and logical structure of learning material is a general worldview idea for several cultural courses and its phased implementation with providing inner subject relations, interrelations and mutual influences in the system "nature-man-culture". The method of forming an integrated cultural content preparation on the basis of ethnic culture in the context of professional activities is suggested, its essence is to apply polycentric integration to build its content. The basis of this integration is the main for the content of agrarian education ideological idea that is projected into a problem which is the revival of ethnic and cultural traditions of agricultural education.
