Object of research - cancer patients with advanced colon tumor, synchronous tumors and concomitant conditions. Objective: to improve the treatment of patients with colon cancer, with synchronous tumors and related surgical pathology by performing multiple organ primary reconstruction and reconstructive operations. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, morphological and statistical analysis of the results, a meta-analysis. Novelty: the first shows the high reliability of the established ways to restore the continuity of the digestive tube of the absence of significant differences in the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative mortality between patients with resection of the colon and other hollow parenchymal organs, with the intervention of the other anatomical structures. Results: Five-year survival of patients with colon cancer after combined primary recovery operations was 54,8±2,1%, after simultaneous primary recovery operations - 70,8±3,4%, after combined simultaneous primary recovery operations - 56, 8±11.6%. It is introduced in practice of the Donetsk regional antitumoral centre, Donetsk regional anticancer center Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Gorlovka, Enakievo Oncology Center, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk Regional Oncology Center. Results of work are used in educational process of Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorky. A field of application: medicine (oncology).
