The thesis is devoted to system-theoretical generalization, justification methodological guidelines and applied scientific advice on evaluating and analyzing the state of the building industry, which is the direct impact of the environment building companies. On the basis of systematization and generalization of foreign and domestic experience, the integrated development of the theory and methodology of analysis of the feature of economic space building companies to increase their stable operation, creation and implementation of innovative theoretical - Applied Instrumentation assessment of the building industry in order to improve the quality of decisions by building enterprises. The conception of advanced analysis feature space building companies in the mode of factors and indicators of impact, which justified the methodological, theoretical and organizational framework of the conceptual framework for the assessment state of the building industry.
