Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an urgent problem of diagnosis of clinical forms of bacterial intestinal infections in children of early age and improvement of pathogenetic therapy of the patients. Based on the analysis of results of investigation of 420 patients with Shigellosis, Salmonellosis and Escherichiosis, clinical features of intestinal infection in early age children, disorders of the central and peripheral hemodynamic, vegetative reactivity and the immune response were defined. Prognostic criteria of formation of severity and unfavorable course of the disease were determined. Existence of correlation between immune indices and vegetative reactivity and frequency of development of intestinal infection symptoms, terms of its duration were revealed. Based on obtained data, echocardioscopic criteria of assessment of patient's state severity, a choice of tactics of pathogenetic therapy and assessment of its efficiency were developed. Clinical-laboratory efficiency of the use in therapy of Sterofundin and Reamberin solutions was proven.
