The dissertation is the first comprehensive research in the field of legal philosophy, devoted to the problem of legitimating of the Basic Law in terms of self-organizational mechanisms of legal world as a special form of reality. The main thesis of the paper is that the notion of "legitimacy" is derived not only from the subjective "will of the legislator" or "people's approval", it must also be objectively justified by the dynamics of natural and social foundations of human existence and specific historical conditions, in which takes place the genesis of axiological dimensions of the "idea of law".
