Fomishyna V. Management of consumption potential and savings in economic system development

Object: process development and functioning of economic systems based on the realization of the potential of consumption and savings. Purpose: To study the theoretical and methodological and applied scientific principles that defines the conceptual platform management capabilities consumption and savings and enhances their role in socio-economic development systems. Methods: systematic and functional analysis and scientific abstraction historical, logical, comparative, dialectical, historical and logical, systematic and structural, scientific synthesis, quantitative and qualitative changes of interaction, cause and effect, statistics, economic modeling, forecasting. It is offered: the essence and conception of the complex effects of consumption and savings in the development of economic systems and proposed meaningful description of sources and determined that the conditions of the knowledge economy they are not only savings, but also consumption; revealed peculiarities of consumption and savings in the regulation; essence of manifestation of these features through conflicting identities policies to final consumption and savings policy of containment, developed and proved the concept of alternative pension reform.
