The object of the research is rendering of informative and educational services to agricultural commodity producers, villagers, authorities and local government. The aim of the research: substantiation of theoretic and methodical foundations and working out of practical proposals as for growth of the informative and consultative providing system's establishment in agrarian sector as an important factor of agricultural development of Ukraine in the borders of informative and educational economy. Methods of the research: retrospective, dynamic, functional, structural, logical and semantic, method of system synthesis, monographic, graphic, method of analysis and synthesis, method of abstract and logic observation, methods of expert assessments and cognitive analysis. Theoretical and practical results: development of the theory and methodology of informational and consultative support of the agrarian sector, improving of existing and developing of new methodological, organizational and practical approaches to create an efficient system of information and consultation to supply the agrarian sector of Ukraine; the acceleration of the development process of formation and increasing of the distribution system of information, knowledge and innovations efficiency, on every level of control and management hierarchy. The novelty of the research: the conceptual principles of strategy of informational, educational and innovative supply of the agrarian sector of Ukraine are grounded; the methodology of system of rational variant of informative and consultative supply of agrarian sector is worked out; the concept and basis of new informative and consultative centers' creation as a form of non-profit service cooperatives are grounded and proposed for realization; the lines of innovative development of informative and consultative system in agrarian sector are given. The implementation level: the results are adopted for use by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Main Department of agro industrial development of Nikolayev regional state administration, Odessa regional state administration, Rovno state regional centre of expertise varieties of plants, JV "Sail -Ukraine", Local state administration of Oktyabrskyy district in Nikolayev region, Local state administration of Elanetz in Nikolayev region, Nikolayev National Agrarian University.
