Polanska A. Development of industrial enterprises on the basis of situational management: theory and methodology

The thesis is devoted to the scientific and applied problem of the formation and usage of theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of domestic industrial enterprises using the situational approach in management. The methodology of complex research of the development of industrial enterprises on the basis of situational management is improved; the importance of situational management for solving the tasks of the economic development of industrial enterprises in modern conditions is generalized; the goals of the development of industrial enterprises in modern conditions are substantiated, the classification of factors which affect the activity of industrial enterprises is supplemented, and, accordingly, the situations that hinder their development are systematized. The situational management model on the basic of the emphasis of elements which allow to realize management activity in accordance with the determined goals of the development in terms of the dynamic and unstable environment, is designed. The theoretical and methodological approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the potential of an enterprise on the basis of taking into account the indicators of the effectiveness and their dynamics, are developed. The mechanism of the development of industrial enterprises is systematized, based on the emphasis of hierarchical levels of management, which cover the activity related to the creation of favorable conditions and the maintenance of the processes which allow to make qualitative transformations. The state of industrial enterprises is analyzed, the evaluation of their activities according to the criterion of the integral efficiency indicator is made, which allowed to circle the conceptual framework of their future development. The expediency of combining the conceptual and local models of the development of an enterprise is substantiated, which allowed maximum consideration of the conditions and possibilities of the compensation of consequences of external influences for the achievement of the goals of the development, and the identification of necessary resources. The conception of industrial enterprises development is proposed. The scenario models of its development are proposed, the adaptation mechanism of the development of industrial enterprises is worked out, which action is based on join of internal and external factors of environment, situation management technology on the basis of the creation of the logic structure scheme of the stable development achievement of an industrial enterprise, taking into account the structure of its potential, is expanded; the expediency and efficiency of measures which are suggested within the action of mechanisms of the development on the basis of the evaluation of scenario conditions of their implementation, is substantiated.
