Shkrabak I. Theoretical and Methodological Bases of Strategic Management of Economic Progress of Territorial Formations

A research object is PROCESSES of ECONOMIC And SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of Ukraine and separate territorial formations. The article of research is theoretical, methodological and practical principles of strategic management economic development of territorial formations. A research aim are development and ground of theoretical and methodological principles of strategic management economic development of territorial formations on the basis of self-organizational processes of structural alteration of economy. Research methods: dialectical method, method of structural-functional analysis, comparative analysis, hypothetical and deductive method, system-analytical, system-structural. The scientific novelty of work consists in the ground of theoretical positions and development of methodological principles of strategic management economic development of territorial formations on the basis of achievement of balance of organization and self-organizations in the process of structural alteration of territorial economy with the aim of increase of sinergistical effects. First: nature of economy of territorial formation is educed as a system-conglomerate structure; theoretical and methodological positions are offered and reasonable in relation to forming of the sinergistical going near structural firmness of economy of territorial formations; sinergistical conception of strategic management economic development of territorial formations is reasonable; the mechanism of realization of strategic management economic development of territorial formations is offered on principles of sinergistical conception. It is improved: theoretical and methodological going near an analysis and prognostication of structural transformations of economy of territorial formations; theoretical and methodological ground of improvement of the government, regional and local programs; category-concept vehicle of economic and state administrative sciences; a theoretical ground of increase of role of structural politics is in realization of strategic priorities of economic development of Ukraine; system of principles of strategic management economic development of territorial formations on principles of sinergistical approach. got further development: scientific ground of system paradigm of management economic development of country and her territories; a ground of ways of strengthening of co-ordinating function of the state is in the process of strategic management development of economy of territorial formations; understanding of theoretical and methodological concepts of administrative division and economic districting of territory of Ukraine.
