Zorina Е. Ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of railway transport of Ukraine.

Object - process of providing of firm socio-economic development of railway transport of Ukraine in the conditions of reformation and intensification of competition both on internal, and external markets of transport transportations. Purpose - development of theoretical -methodological positions, methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning the provision witt firm socio-economic development of railway transport of Ukraine in the conditions of reformation and intensification of competition, both on internal, and external markets of transport transportations. Methods - of economic and system analysis; comparative analysis and generalizations; economic-mathematics modelling; logical-dialectical; programme-targeted; expert and computation-analytical; optimization and acceptance of decisions; graphic; abstract-logical. Results - first: a goal model of steady socio-economic development of railway transport is developed; conceptual approach to the determination of the criterion of estimation of efficiency of infrastructure of railways is developed; a new methodical approach on the determination of expected values of basic indexes of work of Ukrainian railways is offered; organizational-economic approaches of providing the efficiency of the use of infrastructure of the Ukrainian railways are offered; approach concerning the to provision with of steady socio-economic development of railway transport is offered. It is improved: methodical approach to computation of the level of steady socio-economic development; the notion of social capital of railway transport; the system of adjusting by means of steady socio-economic development of railway transport. Further development: systematization of factors which affect the development of the economic system; the grounding of expedience of consideration of the efficiency of the use of infrastructure of railways as a monopolistic constituent of steady socio-economic development of branch; methodical approach to computation of charges on maintenance and exploitation of areas with small volume of works; theoretical grounding of the necessity of the use of scientific prognosis as an instrument of mechanism of providing steady socio-economic development of railway transport of Ukraine; bases of the conception of providing steady socio-economic development of railway transport. Has been introduced - at the enterprises of railway transport, in the educational process of the Ukrainian state academy of railway transport, in the educational process of educational-scientific Institute of retraining and professional development of the UkrSART and at implementation of diploma projects of students of speciality "Marketing".
