The objects of the research are the economical and managing peculiarities and efficiency of innovative potential of the branch and a process of gardening development in Ukraine. The aim of the research is grounding of theoretic and methodological statements of practical recommendations as for innovative development of the industrial gardening of Ukraine as key conditions of its efficiency. The methods of the research are dialectical, abstract and logical, monographic, specific historical, method of comparison, economical and statistical, calculated and constructive, graphic, economical and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: grounding of theoretical, methodological, managing and practical measures of innovative development of industrial gardening, the ways of its efficiency increasing. Implementation of the developed proposals will allow increasing the economic efficiency of gardening, producing of fruits and berries, fastening of strategy realization of Ukrainian industrial gardening innovative development. Novelty: the economical and technological differentiation of fruits and berries is made; the conception of scientific implementation of industrial gardening innovative development is developed; the methodology of innovative gardening development through the fundamentalization of economic research is grounded; the model of innovative gardening development de-phase.
