Sheshukova O. Pathogenetic features of periodontitis of deciduous teeth in children and differentiated approaches to treatment.

The dissertation presents theoretical generalization and a new resolve of scientific problems of modern dentistry - treatment of chronic periodontitis of deciduous teeth. The study included an analysis of archival data, clinical, radiological, histological, immunohistochemical, microbiological (PCR) methods for determining the pathogenesis of periodontitis of deciduous teeth in children. Proposed quality treatment of complications of caries of deciduous teeth is provided and it gives an opportunity to assess performance history of dental care for children. The stages of pathological root resorption of deciduous teeth are determined and their classification is recommended. The features of the structure of granulation tissue in chronic inflammation in periodontal are defined and the role of the main immunocytes in the flow process is determined. The correlation between morphological characteristics of granulations, their localization, immunologic is established, the indicator of parodontopathogens profile and clinical features of periodontitis. Owing to the major etiological factors and pathogenesis of developing and testing pathogenetically substantiated treatment for periodontitis of deciduous teeth. An algorithm for differential treatment of chronic periodontitis of deciduous teeth is found out. The effectiveness of the method of treatment of chronic periodontitis of deciduous teeth demonstrated complete eradication of periodonotopatogens of root canals. The method of treatment was provided twice (or 64%) longer period of remission.
