Object of research: mechanisms of stabilization of agricultural enterprises in the financial and economic crises. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological principles and practical mechanisms for stabilization of agricultural enterprises in the financial and economic crises. Methods: abstract logic, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison, benchmarking, medium and relative values, statistical groupings, graphics, index, ratio analysis, estimation variance, variation, cluster analysis, monographic, settlement and constructive , correlation and regression, optimization modeling. Scientific novelty: first the theoretic and methodological foundations of the formation mechanisms of stabilization of agricultural enterprises in the financial and economic crises, defined their essence and components systematically species; methodical approaches to the evaluation and dissemination of financial and economic crises and proposed provisions for preventive differentiation, reactive and post-crisis management of agricultural enterprises with discrimination of their goals, objectives, styles, strategies, actors, leading criteria decision making, target setting bail application tools of its formation and implementation, the main anti-crisis measures, sources of funding, key indicators analysis levels and the control of internal and external processes developed optimization model key indicators of financial and economic situation of farms in preventive, reactive and post-crisis management.
