Essay

The following processes are analyzed in the dissertation: economic activity regulation, economic cycles and crises formation, market recovering mechanism for macroeconomic equilibrium and sustainable growth support. The connection between Ukrainian and world economic cycles is grounded. The suggestions of different ways to increase monetary policy efficiency on the base of complex analysis for both Ukrainian and the USA economies are given. General index to value regulation policy efficiency is proposed. I also ground the strategic ways for national regulator to minimize negative impacts of economic and financial crises.
