The dissertation is devoted to the solution of important scientific and applied problems of theoretical and methodological bases, as well as the tools of information technology for the development and implementation of automated systems of diagnostics of objects of testing of different nature with the use of models on the base of Volterra kernels, which provide accounting and non-linear and dynamic properties of objects, the universality of diagnostic procedures, improving the reliability of diagnosis. Set the effectiveness of the developed methods and appropriate tools for their introduction in the practice of diagnostic studies of technical and biological objects.
