Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the problems of developing the scientific foundations of creation multi axis technological aggregates without an equalizer for transportation of heavy and oversized loads that move on a claotype way that provide even loading on wheels. The abjoint problem of contact interaction of the "wheel-rail-elastic base of the claotype way" where vinklerov's model and the half-space model are used as an elastic foundation is formulated and solved. The obtained results allowed to formulate the basic design requireements for aggregates without an equalizer that move on a claotype way. To dttermine the performance characteristics of road wheels of aggregates without an equalizer experimental studies of stress fields, contact stresses, taking into account the plasticity of the material of the wheels, seats of origin and development of zones of plastic deformation predicting the durability of road wheels of multi axis aggregates without an equalizer were held.The results of experiments allowed to receive dependences of stress on the hardness of materials as well as qualitative results confirming the hypothesis on high stresses in the zones of contact of a wheel and a rail.
