Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the research of theoretical and methodical principles of the issue of formation of professional mobility of future engineers in machine engineering industry. On the base of psychological and pedagogical analysis there had been newly introduced the notion of "professional mobility of future specialist in machine engineering industry". There had been determined and theoretically backgrounded the components of the basic level of professional mobility of future engineers in machine engineering industry with the determination of their content, which are common for the engineering education: professional and motivational component which influences the formation of viscerogenic need in professional mobility; cognitive component, which composes the knowledge component base of professional mobility; pragmatist component, which ensures the use of the knowledge base during the execution of professional tasks; gnostical component stipulates for the personality's professional mobility self-realisation. Theoretical analysis of scientific references determined the conceptual principles, which made the base of the system for the formation of professional mobility of future engineers in machine engineering, which is presented by the structural model with target, contextual, organisation and processional, functional, evaluation and resulting blocks. The research of the methodological principles for the formation of professional mobility of the future engineers in machine engineering industry enabled to develop the organizational and methodic bases for the realization of the system for the formation of basic level of the professional mobility of future specialists in machine engineering sphere. There had been suggested the technology, based upon the use of interactive methods in training fundamental subjects as well as the system for teacher's actions to reach the target - formation of basic level of professional mobility of future engineers in machine engineering industry on the example of teaching higher mathematics There had been developed the criteria and evaluation instrument for the monitoring of the formation of the basic level of professional mobility of the future engineer in machine engineering industry. To evaluate the formation of the basic level of professional mobility of the future specialist in machine engineering sphere, there had been singled out the criteria: professional and motivation, cognitive, pragmatist, gnostical. There had been developed their factors and levels of formation of professional mobility of future engineers in machine engineering sphere: low (elementary), satisfactory (reproductory), sufficient (productive), high (creative). There had been specified the content, the working plans on fundamental subjects with the consideration of task-oriented formation of the basic level of professional mobility. There had been improved the methodics for teaching subjects of physics and mathematical cycle on the base of using the innovation technologies. The further development is given to the content, conceptual bases, forms, technologies of formation of professional mobility of future engineers in machine engineering sphere during the training in the institutions for higher education.
