The thesis focuses on the topical scientific issue of developing theoretic-methodological principles and practical guidelines in relation to the management of machine-building enterprises' strategic development. The research has resulted in scientifically grounded concept of strategic development of machine-building enterprises' management based on theoretic-methodological principles of strategic management in consideration of the features of practical activity of machine-building enterprises as the management object in case of the market relations in short-term and long-term perspective.
