Essay

The dissertation is the first complete description of the conceptual structure with the application of methods of cognitive and quantitative linguistics. The novelty of the dissertation consists in the description of linguocultural concepts HOME, FREEDOM, GENTLEMANLINESS, PRIVACY, COMMON SENSE realized in precedent texts by analyzing their profiles - domains and matrix of domains. Semantic spheres of concepts' realization have been studied through the combinatory of the concept's nominal lexeme and its adjoining words based on their associative, situational and semantic relations in the text fragment. Linguocultural concepts have been analyzed in the diachronic aspect.
