Results: methodical approaches to the complex systems analysis of processes of adjusting of distributing of labour-market in an agrarian sphere; methodical approach to planning of quantity of young specialists of agrarian sphere; conceptual model of adjusting of market segmentation of labour on the basis of determination of separate criteria; normatively-legal mechanism of adjusting of market segmentation of labour in an agrarian sphere; approaches to determination of the structural making labour-market on the basis of selection of middle to the segment; system of monitoring of market condition of labour in an agrarian sphere on the basis of cycles of dynamics of national economy; methodical approach to prognostication of the expected selection of centers of agrarian-industrial development of country; conceptual principles of management by market segmentation of labour on the basis of modern principles of economic policy at the market of agrarian labour. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of agroindustrial enterprises and local authorities.
