Essay

The thesis is devoted to the urgent scientific problem of increaser efficiency of working zone air protection from pollution agents on the basis of scientifically grounded effective means of dust control and harmful gas. The dust and gas suppression method during mining huge explosions is proved by analytical and experimental research. Dust suppression effectiveness 58-82%, and harmful carbon monoxide gas cancel is about 74%. It is proved that the most effective method of dust control during excavation, loading and draining out of gases of loosened explosion rocks is their damping by water solution concentrating 1-2 mass. % cost at least 40 l/m3. It is scientifically and practically justified dust join properties of starch and molasses industries waste - green treacle, corn extract, molasses, and waste of oil extraction plants and experimentally demonstrated their high efficiency when mounted sawing surfaces. New scientific area principles against dust and harmful gases in mines using suspensions micro algoid strains are formulated on the basis of analytical and experimental research. The developed methods of mining working zone air protection from pollution agents are proved to be more efficient and effective compared with existing.
