Il'chenko S. The economic foundation for integration of Ukraine in the world ТТS

The thesis work is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of formation of the economic mechanism for introducing the national transport and technological systems in the world systems. The scientific substantiation and optimization tools are given. The proposals are formed, findings are justified and conclusions on mechanisms of formation of the National TTS as the participants of the transport and technological systems are given. There are methodological foundations of formation of a system of principles, mechanisms and forms of government support to create large open transport, information and social-oriented systems, which lay an emphasis on spatial relations and their international character, contrary to the existing systems. A theoretical and methodological approach to the development priorities of transport and technological systems is offered according to the current trends and peculiarities of their functioning. Objectives and tasks of state regulation (for economic, social, environmental and technical fields) are defined and criteria of the complex substantiation of choice and implementation of the focus areas of development of the National TTS are determined.
