Essay

Subject of inquiry is co-operating of constructions of buildings and structures with the grounds in difficult engineer-geological conditions with prestrains. Thesis objective is a new decision of scientific problem of account of prestrains in the static-dynamic calculation models of co-operation of buildings and structures with the grounds for the quantitative estimation of their influence on the stress-strain state (SSS) and backlogs of bearing capacity of constructions and their systems, and also in development of methods of forming of adequate calculation models of co-operation of the system "building - ground foundation" in difficult engineer-geological conditions with finite elements method (FEM). Research methods: theoretical and experimental methods of structural mechanics, theory of calculation of building structures, theory of vibrations and dynamics of buildings; analytical - for verifying of calculations and testing the calculation models; numerical - FEM for a calculation and testing of static and dynamic models. Theoretical and practical results: methods of account of prestrains in the static-dynamic calculation models of co-operation of buildings and structures with the grounds are developed and theoretically grounded; the adequate modeling of joint work of building with the grounds under the static and dynamic loadings is provided; methods of calculations of the system "ground - foundation - building" are introduced in the State building codes of ДБН В.2.1-10-2009 "Grounds and foundations of building. Substantive provisions of planning". Novelty of the research: the methods of account of prestrains at determination of SSS of constructions of buildings, designed and exploited in difficult engineer-geological conditions are developed for the first time; principles of forming of static-dynamic calculation models of buildings and structures in difficult engineer-geological conditions are developed; algorithm for checking the adequacy of calculation models and their accommodation to experimental data and the results of monitoring and surveys is offered for the first time; conditions and principles of fragmentation of calculation models with dynamic influences are specified and offered; principles of prognostic and retrograde modeling of the lifecycle of objects of urban areas are developed; recommendations for the forming of adequate calculation models of co-operation of building with the grounds in difficult engineer-geological conditions with prestrains are developed. Implementation extent: the State building codes of ДБН В.2.1-10-2009 "Grounds and foundations of building. Substantive provisions of planning"; 3 State research projects and 12 contractual research projects. Range of application: calculations at the stages of planning, exploitation, survey, monitoring, reconstruction of buildings and structures in difficult engineer-geological conditions.
