Essay

The first attempt was made in Ukrainian political science to comprehensive study of value principles and mechanisms of political communication in today's social development. The author generalizes conceptual approaches to understanding of the political communication from the philosophical, political, and psychological points of view. Political and cultural determinants and political and psychological foundations of political communication are denoted. The relationship between societal-existential capital of political communication and methods of its implementation is analyzed considering the value bases. The model of effective political communication in the system "managerial elite-citizens" is offered.
