Object of study: the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of investment in agribusiness in Ukraine. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological principles of organizational-economic mechanism of investment in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine and study practical suggestions for its improvement. Methods: abstract-logical, dialectical, statistical, monographic, historical, logical, analytical, forecasting, cash-constructive, Economics and Mathematics, graphic. Scientific novelty: first Methodological Foundations of organizational-economic mechanism of investment in agribusiness, theoretical principles and priorities of state regulation of investment in agriculture, developed a conceptual model of organizational-economic mechanism of management of financial flows of agricultural units and the peculiarities of its implementation; improved methodological approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of investment in the development of investment projects, consolidation mechanisms of funding investment agricultural enterprises, organizational and economic mechanism of interaction between the main elements of the process of attracting foreign direct investment, had the further development of the major distinguishing factors that hamper investment activity in agriculture sphere of Ukraine study object foreign investment, determine the nature and content of organizational and economic mechanism to attract investment.
