Popova S. Administrative and legal status of the State Tax Service of Ukraine

The Thesis is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of the theoretical and methodological, organizational and legal problems of regulatory consolidation and implementation of administrative and legal status of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the process of building a civil society and the transition from a fiscal focus its activities to service taxpayers. The author has given the powers, rights, responsibilities and competence of official persons and public servants of tax authorities of Ukraine and responsibility of these authorities for improper fulfillment of their obligations. The author analyzed the problems of information provision of the tax authorities of Ukraine.
