Shestak V. Administrative-legal Support of Public Cultural Function Implementation

Dissertation is devoted to analysis of the system of administrative-legal support of realization of the cultural function of the state and ways of its development. The work provides notion of the public cultural function, its object, content, and ways of implementation, as well as structure and content of the mechanism of its administrative-legal support. It analyses peculiarities of this public function implementation in such areas of culture as education and science, art, mass media, cultural heritage. The work defines peculiarities of administrative-legal status of the participants of legal relationship that originate from administrative-legal support of the public cultural function.
