The thesis is devoted to solving the problem of information security in communication channels with interference by means of combining the methods of encryption and error-correcting coding performed on the basis of the development of methods for the synthesis of complete classes of perfect algebraic structures with ideal correlation and distance properties: perfect multi-level arrays, perfect binary arrays, ensembles of signals with perfect periodic autocorrelation functions, one- and two-dimensional block error-correcting codes to correct both independent and correlated (packet) errors. In solving the problem the principle of operational change of working ensembles of noise-like signals and error-correcting codes based on the key derivation function was implemented, which allowed to increase noise immunity, parametric secrecy and protection of information from unauthorized access. In addition, the paper considers a number of issues related to the technical implementation of joint encryption/channel coding device and joint decoding/channel decoding device.
