Essay

The object of study: the processes of socio-economic development of the city. Objective: studying the theoretical and methodological principles of formation of system the city marketing and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the implementation of marketing approaches in the management of socio-economic development of the city. Methods: monographic, historical and chronological, theoretical generalization, system analysis, comparison, modeling, marketing research, segmentation, expert evaluations, graphic and cartographic visualization, abstract-logic. Novelty: first formed the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of the city marketing system as a combination of structural elements, the scientific principles of forming situational (production, consignment and sales) and strategically oriented (classical, social and ethical, affiliate) concepts of municipal marketing, models of strategic city development is grounded, methodical approachs to the study program for the formation of municipal marketing, methodological principles and approaches to the formulation of the principles, definition of tasks, definition of functions, concretization of subjects, objects, components, methods of municipal marketing and directions of marketing strategy, conceptual approach to development complex structure of municipal marketing through various concepts, multi-attribute model of municipal product, algorithm of forming the city development strategy based on the use of marketing approach are improved. Scope: in activity of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in the development of measures aimed at improving the organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of territorial and structural processes regions of Ukraine, in the learning process of Chernivtsi National Yuriy Fedkovych University.
