Makarenko О. Administrative and Legal Security of Ukrainian Interior

Thesis is devoted to the analysis and solving the issues of administrative and legal security of Ukrainian interior. General characteristic of legal definition of Ukrainian interior is researched; content, forms and essence of legal guaranteeing of property right for Ukrainian interior are also researched. The notion of administrative and legal status of interior security’s subjects is studied in the thesis; the notion and content of such elements of administrative and legal status of interior security’s subjects as competence and authorities, rights and duties, forms and methods of the activity, their legal liability are also studied in the thesis.
