Velykyi Y. Strategic Potential of the Innovative Ukrainian Mechanical Engineering Enterprise Development: Theory, Methodology and Management

The thesis is devoted to the urgent issue of a strategic potential of innovative development of the Ukrainian engineering enterprises according to industrial structural modernization demands and an economic reform need. A methodological scheme of the strategic innovative Ukrainian engineering enterprise development potential was suggested. The components of an innovative potential structure were defined. A new component of the structure was introduced; it concerns the staff's innovative culture. The conceptual public policy bases were developed to maximize the innovative potential of the engineering enterprises based on the priority of modernization, consistency, complexity and competitiveness. The creation of an innovative fund of engineering enterprises was offered. The fund is to function on a voluntary basis.
