The research is devoted to the scientific and theoretical substantiation of enhancing of operational efficiency and reliability of decisions under the conditions of uncertainty within the activity of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The model of intellectual support of decision-making and methods of their realization have been elaborated. The methods and algorithms of obtaining, processing and presenting knowledge in database have been adapted. The technique of designing of information technologies of support of decision-making decisions containing methods of selection of decision-making procedures under the conditions of uncertainty within the activity of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
