Melnyk M. Formation and priorities of development of business-environment of Ukraine in the process of institutional transformations

Object of study: the processes of formation and development of the business environment in Ukraine and its institutional support. Objective: studying the theoretical and methodological principles, strategic priorities and developing methodic-application guidelines and mechanisms of formation and development of the business environment in Ukraine, including its socially oriented model. Methods: generalization, comparison, system analysis and classification, structural and functional, economic and statistical factor analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and multivariate regression analysis, fuzzy logic, rating assessments, multivariate statistical analysis, graphing, strategic analysis and systematic approach. Novelty: the first conceptual bases of formation of socially oriented business environment are grounded, methodical approach to assessing quality characteristics of business environment is proposed, problem-target model of socially oriented business environment is developed, conceptual positions methodology of institutional business environment through the use of fuzzy methods logic and institutional analysis are proposed; improved methodological bases of research business environment in the process of institutional transformation, system tools to overcome raiding developing institutional mechanism for combating corporate raider seizure of business, scientific principles of state regulation of business through the development of organizational and institutional mechanisms for strengthening the security of the business environment. Scope: in the activities of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in the preparation of proposals on improvement of regional policy, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Chambers of Commerce of Ukraine in the design of development programs and other central institutions, in the educational process of Lviv Commercial Academy.
