Kurylo L. The development of intellectual capital in the agrarian sphere of Ukraine

Object: Development of intellectual capital in the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine. Objective: Development of theoretical, methodological and organizational framework of intellectual capital in the agricultural sector, the rationale of conceptual approaches to strengthen the role of intellectual property in promoting research and innovation. Methods: Historical, induction and deduction, logistics, analysis and synthesis; retrospective, systematic approach, monographic, abstract logic, time series, comparison and index admission, correlation and regression, economics and mathematics, graphic, forsyth. Theoretical and practical results: The features and basic principles of intellectual capital in agriculture sector have been discovered. On the basis of research of institutes of agrarian education and science conceptual principles of improvement of the institutional supplying of the formation and development of intellectual capital were proposed. The ways of commercialization, market operation and government policy in the field of intellectual property have been studied. The basic ways of reforming of agrarian science and education and their impact on the development of intellectual capital were disclosed. Place of intellectual capital in innovative model shaping of agrarian economy of Ukraine was grounded. Novelty: A comprehensive study of theoretical and methodological positions and functional features of the intellectual capital in the agricultural sector and new results, which are in developing conceptual and methodological basis of its development have been studied. Degree of implementation: Findings included the Research Institute of the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine and sent to government agencies that are engaged in innovation, are used in the legislative work of the Department of Legal and Legislative Work of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine; in government agencies "Scientific and Methodological Center for Information and analytical support of higher education" Ahroosvita "of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine "; are used in the development of standards of evaluation and assessment activities in the agricultural sector of Ukraine; in the educational process of Vinnitsa National Agrarian University.
